We're building Meshum to fix this. A unified knowledge layer that connects all your existing tools—without forcing you to change how you work. Everything becomes searchable. Everything becomes queryable. And AI agents that deeply understand each team's domain can answer questions without interrupting the humans.

We don't believe in rip-and-replace. Your team has invested in Confluence, Notion, GitHub, Jira—and they work. Meshum connects to them all, creating value without creating disruption.
Your data stays yours
Customer data is isolated per namespace and never shared across tenants. Bring your own LLM keys. Self-host if you need to. We're not building a data moat—we're building a tool.
Domain-scoped AI
Generic AI assistants hallucinate because they lack context. Meshum's team personas are scoped to specific domains and trained on your actual knowledge—so they give accurate, grounded answers.
Async by default
Meetings are synchronization overhead. We help teams get answers asynchronously—through AI agents, through connected search, through workflows that span team boundaries without blocking humans.
Security & Privacy
Tenant Isolation
Each customer gets isolated namespaces in our Kubernetes cluster. Data never crosses tenant boundaries. This applies to both the knowledge graph and all vector embeddings.
Encryption at Rest
All stored data is encrypted at the storage layer. We use industry-standard encryption methods and follow security best practices.
BYOK LLM Support
Don't want your data touching our models? Bring your own Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or any provider endpoint. Your API keys, your compliance requirements, your control.
Self-Hosted Option
For organizations that need complete control, Meshum can be deployed in your own infrastructure using Docker Compose or Kubernetes. Same features, your environment.
